2. After installation, performs equipment test and answer all queries pertaining to the product in order to achieve expected results
3. After project completion, direct management stuff on how to operate and maintain the system, as well as how to handle basic system malfunctions.
After sales service
1. Goldair product series has 12 months warranty period and carry out all-life maintenance.
2. During warranty period, if product fail to function or is defected, only cost of components will be charged.
