Used for the four-cylinder, six-cylinder piston compressor with built-in oil pump.
The differential pressure sensor is composed of the electronic evaluation component (electronic head) and the mechanical head (screw-in parte), electronic head is general form, screw-in part includes German standard and American standard.
The mechanical head of the German standard is typically manufactured by bizer. The screw thread of the mechanical head is m20x1.5, , and the pressure difference is setting at 0.65±0.15bar.
The mechanical head of the American series is typically manufactured by the Copeland, and the screw thread of the mechanical head is 3/4"-16UNF-2A, and the pressure difference is setting at 0.9±0.15bar.
The electronic head produced by GOLDAIR is the German standard.
At present, when the oil pressure difference sensor is installed on site, there will often be user confusion caused by wiring problems.
There are 6 wires in the electronic head.
Power line: L (brown), N (blue) -- supply power to the sensor;
Operation signal line: D1(purple)-- check the running state of the compressor;
Output lines: 11 (grey), 14 (orange), 12 (pink); generally only use "grey-orange (control with dry contact)", Pink can not be used.
Connection points:
Long term power supply - can be connected to the module power supply.
Line D1: the lower pile is connected to the auxiliary normally open contact of the main compressor contactor, and the upper pile of the auxiliary contact is connected to L (brown), so as to ensure that when the compressor is operated reliably, point D1 High potential.
Confirm the connection method:
1. Ensure normal power supply (110 ~ 250VAC)
2. When the compressor is stopped, there is no voltage between D1(purple) and N (blue) (D1 line is suspended);
When the compressor is running, the voltage of D1(purple) and N (blue) should be 220V.
Fault judgment of electronic oil pressure difference:
1. Do not connect the mechanical head to the electrical head, the LED red light should flash rapidly;
2. Connect the electronic head -- when the compressor is shut down (no oil pressure difference) -- the red light is always on;
Within a few seconds of the compressor running, the red light is off (indicating that the oil pressure difference has been stablished);
3. If the compressor is running, but the red light is always on, it is either the compressor or the electronic head fault.
